Universal
Life Force Energy REIKI
The origins of Reiki starts with a
Japanese word for healing art practices in Japan.
Indian Hindus refer to prana versus Chinese chi
education. Simulation of non-invasive stimulation
reinvigorates natural healing ability removing emotional
blockage issues and potentially reducing physical
illness while increasing the positive attitude.
Chronic illness conditions may also benefit through
repeat treatments by a First Degree Reiki practitioner.
Most commonly the traditional Usui system branches out
dealing with emotional healing taught by a Reiki Master.
Students channel energy by progressing from
apprenticeship to lifelong commitment and ultimately the
professional Reiki III designation using the cleansing
process methodologies discovered by ancient healing
professionals in the 19th century. The Indian
language of Sanskrit is referred to for a greater
understanding of Tibetan sutras and Buddha techniques.
Five spiritual principles complement century old
teaching systems in reiki clinics conforming to quality
standards and five spiritual principles of life.
Culture symbols in ancient civilizations known as
calligraphic elements support deep spiritual nature
helping learning abilities and balancing mind and
emotions through attunement plus intense relaxation
positions. The crown chakras increase audible
mantras reversing negative patterns promoting
homeostasis in the following glands: Adrenal
Gland, Pancreas plexus, Ovary sacral, Pituitary eye,
pineal gland, parathyroid, and thymus heart
associations. Hormones are controlled through the
endocrine system affecting emotional mood and preventing
restoration of harmony.
Seven Chakras exist influencing physical wellbeing and
energy centers. The base of the spine is the root
adrenal. Sacral represents pelvic areas and sexual
control. Solar upper abdomen relates to intellect
through the pancreas. The eye connects the
pituitary gland noted for headache relief. Thymus
relates to the center of the chest cavity providing
emotional relationship focus. The seventh crown is
linked to the arts helping with feelings of isolation
and despair.
Applying REIKI may
delay emotional upset and encourages reduction in energy
blockages in the root Chakra using water to flush out
toxins and sickness preventing anesthetic needs.
Energy flow is at the heart of this healing practice.
Twelve basic positions remain for therapy: tail bone;
back of the head; front head; shoulder blades; pelvic;
heart; jaw and throat; lower back; abdomen; and ribcage
areas in Reiki treatment. Self-treatment may
assist or improve concentration increasing awareness and
inspiration. Boosting the immune system and
circulation system may be additional benefits along with
relieving stress and dissipating anger and nausea.
People report improvement in blood pressure response and
migraines but the only way to know for sure is to
experience REIKI for yourself receiving multiple
attunements to balance all critical body functions.
