The chakra system of YOGA has thrived for
more than five decades in numerous countries worldwide
but most prominently in the East. Included in the
teachings are references to emotions, creativity,
personal power and communications for divine access to
truth and wisdom of the ages.
Yoga types include the classical yoga. The kriya
or asana is a purifying varity and the laya is a higher
teaching methodology for spiritual realization and
physical practice of the most common asanas. The

The individual deity of Hindu traditions is found in the
ishta devata unique practice. The Sanskrit
language is for spiritual purpose and universal oneness

Higher realms of emotions are realized through Air
Chakra known as Anahata freeing yourself into a balanced

Marjariasana represents the upward-facing cat pose
rounding the lumbar curve bending backwards. Ardha
Bhujangasana Sphinx strengthens shoulders for improved
posture opening the heart. Camel Ustrasana kneels
on the floor expanding the thoracic cavity
reprogramming. A Fire chakra known as Manipura
originates from the "city of gems" energizing cellular
metabolism and heightened intelligence. Maltese
Twist moves the jathara Parivartanasana into the side of
the body shifting hips and thighs with right hand
structure. Lying down the Cobra Pose holds five
breaths into relaxation balancing the Svadhishthana
chakra and thoracic spine.
There exists seven chakras based upon the wheel
terminology. Individual influences vary between
individuals depending upon constitution and mental
health pranas. Anahata centers on air
and constant movement changing natures and emotions.
Svadhisthana enables water elements located in
the reproductive organs and unconscious mind.
Earth shakra known as Muladhara solidly
constitutes a lower body including legs, and feet.
Manipura is governed by the fire element
representing metabolism and digestion benefits of
radiance. Vishuddha thoat support is
communicated through personal expression and inner
truth. Head crown transcends divine force of Shiva
Sahasrara enlightment. The center of the

dreams. All are influenced by three gunas
