Anderson New Executive

The Zrii Executive Team is
pleased to announce the addition
of Elliot Anderson as new VP of
Finance. In this capacity,
Elliot will oversee all
financial and operational
aspects of Zrii. He joins the
Zrii Executive Team with a
sterling background in business,
working closely with many
companies to implement financial
and operational strategies. He
brings a strong working
relationship with Bill Farley
and the Zrii Co-Founders, having
consulted extensively with Zrii
for several months. Elliot has
worked for the world-renown
consulting firm, Monitor, and
holds a dual MBA from Columbia
University and the University of
California – Berkley. Welcome
Elliot!

Joe Smith Sr. Director of
Information Technology
Zrii is
pleased to announce the
addition of Joe Smith as
Senior Director of IT.
In this capacity, Joe
will oversee all
technology initiatives.
Joe brings many years of
experience in senior
level positions and an
impressive array of
accomplishments. Joe is
a veteran of the direct
sales industry and most
recently worked as an
executive with a
multi-billion dollar
software company. Joe
has the know-how and the
passion to lead our
rapid IT expansion both
today and in the years
to come. Most
importantly, he
understands that meeting
the IT needs of the
field is paramount.

We are aware of a
limited number of
cases where IEs have
qualified for a Fast
Start commission
check from the third
weekly pay period in
October (14th
– 21st)
and have still not
received it. If you
are due Fast Start
commissions from
this period and have
not yet received a
check, please call
Executive Services
and request a stop
payment and
re-issue. Such
requests will be
handled on a
case-by-case basis,
as most checks have
been received and
have cleared.
FOR CANADIAN
IEs:
Great news! We will
now be overnighting
commission checks
directly to a
central facility in
Canada, where
they will be then
individually mailed
to you through
Canada Post. This
will shorten wait
times significantly.

Bottles are now
Shipping!
This week we
have resumed
shipping of
ZRII Mini
Bottles!
Yes, fridge
packs have
begun to
ship again
after a
short time
of
recalibration
of our
processes.
We
appreciate
your
patience
during this
time. The
priority for
mini bottle
orders will
be as
follows: 1)
October
orders 2)
replacement
orders 3)
new November
orders 4)
November autoships.
We all share
in the
excitement
as we get
caught up
with minis
and then
build a
significant
inventory.
We
anticipate
bottling
over
1,000,000
mini bottles
by the end
of the year!
We are also
pleased to
report that
we have
caught up
with all
large bottle
order
shipments
and have
begun to
build an
inventory.
With our
brief period
of delayed
product now
closing, we
wish to
state again
that we
appreciate
everyone’s
patience.
Notwithstanding
a few
operational
challenges
out of the
gate, we
have found
solutions
and have
continued
with our
record-breaking
growth. The
professionalism
of Zrii’s
field
leadership
as we have
worked
through this
together has
been a
blessing to
the entire
company and
a beacon to
people
everywhere.

company has
maintained
such solid

during this
brief time
of
operational
