The light, luster, and splendor of all things Zrii are bringing us ever closer to October 12^th, when we will witness yet another milestone when the first commission checks are paid.  Together, we will experience the tangible beginning of another one of Zrii’s definitions: Prosperity!   Yes, the first commission run is just days away!  We anticipate breaking records with commissions paid during our “first commission run.”  Wow! 

Product: The very first full-size and mini bottles of Zrii have rolled off the assembly line, clothed in beautiful packaging, and have been sent to homes across North America. These bottles are stunning!  When you hold them in your hand, you will internalize more than ever the feeling of the phrase “billion dollar brand.”  To date, thousands of orders have been shipped.  We anticipate that the final batch of initial orders will be shipped late this week or early next week.  Regarding volume, many orders have already processed and the final credit card and bank draft orders are being batched today and tomorrow.  After all initial orders are fully processed, you will see the volume post in your MyZrii back office. 

Web: All we can say about the new look-and-feel of the corporate website that you will soon see is:  “WOW!”  The stunning new experience on zrii.com that we have pre-screened is sure to dazzle you and your prospects.  You will love it!  Also, the MyZrii back office continues to be updated.  Many exciting features are forthcoming once we get through the first few weeks of pre-launch.   Coming soon, your MyZrii Pro replicated sites will include the splendor and awe of the new look corporate site – all for you.  Each IE will have the benefit of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of marketing development on their very own websites.

Promotion: Zrii Co-Founder Kirby Zenger has just been named Executive Vice President and General Manager.  He will continue to manage all day-to-day operations of Zrii in all departments company-wide.  His reach is global in all aspects of Zrii’s business.  Congratulations Kirby!

NEWS FLASH: We may have just made history again!  By all indications, today Zrii paid out more commissions in our very first weekly commission run than any other company in our industry ever has in a first week of commissions.  WOW!  Many large checks were cut today and Zrii’s leaders are beginning to reap the rewards of their tremendous activity prior to our pre-launch. For ACH (bank draft) orders that have been approved by IEs’ banks but not yet cleared, and for credit card orders that have been authorized but not yet cleared by IEs’ issuing banks, we have paid full Fast Start commissions even though funds on those orders have not officially been collected.  Our generous Founder and CEO, Bill Farley, has personally guaranteed these commission payments in those cases, even before the money has cleared.  We all feel grateful for this act of generosity.  He wanted to make sure that the biggest checks possible were paid today given all the hard work put in by thousands of dedicated IEs in the past months.  Moving forward, funds will need to be collected before commissions are paid.   For credit card orders that have declined, Fast Start commissions have not been paid.  In these cases, commissions will be paid when funds are cleared.  An automatic email was sent to each holder of a declined credit card in each instance, informing them of the situation and offering help to resolve the issue.  Additionally, Zrii’s Executive Services team has begun to contact each of these people on the phone.   In many cases, new payment methods will be reinstated by the IEs with declined cards in the coming weeks, and commissions on these orders will then be included in the following Fast Start commission run.   For the first month of pre-launch, all commissions will be paid via check and sent to each IE through the mail.  Direct deposit payments can only be finalized. Just as with any other payroll situation that some of you may have experience with in other companies.  Make sure you keep a copy of your first Zrii check – they are beautifully designed and suitable for framing!   If you have any questions regarding the status of any orders in your group and how it may affect your commissions, do not hesitate to contact our Executive Services department. With all the excitement with our first commission run, and with many of you receiving your very first bottles of Zrii, it is time for another Zrii corporate update call with our Founder and CEO, Bill Farley!   We're in the midst of completing pre-launch Week #2 and nothing could be more exciting.  Our IEs continue to ratchet up production as new enrollments pour into our corporate offices.  More importantly, the quality of our individual IE exceeds anything previously witnessed in our industry.  Congratulations on your stellar performance!
